Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team and support our infrastructure design, implementation, and operation activities. This role involves close collaboration with business and development teams to understand requirements, design cloud infrastructure, conduct performance testing, and manage operational activities. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud concepts, with hands-on experience in cloud services, virtualization, and DevOps practices.

Job Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Implementation from Business Requirements

• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and development teams to understand infrastructure needs and design suitable solutions.
• Implement infrastructure based on design specifications, including security and monitoring setups.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure successful infrastructure implementation within timelines.

 2. Performance Testing

• Conduct performance tests on applications to gather data for planning a robust and scalable infrastructure.
• Prepare performance result documentation to track application efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

 3. Activity Control & Operation

• Plan and manage activities to ensure smooth system deployment and alignment with both business and infrastructure requirements.
• Develop work instructions to ensure that all activities follow established procedures.
• Execute activities such as application deployment and upgrades according to the prepared work instructions and project timelines.

 4. Infra Operation Information Management

• Manage and maintain documentation for all implemented infrastructure, applications, and activities, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud concepts.
• Experience with cloud services, including Load Balancers, App Gateways, Storage Accounts, Container Services, and Virtual Machines.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMs), containerization, and DevOps technologies such as GitLab, Nexus, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform is a plus.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud or Huawei Cloud is a plus.
